Here is the fastest option for those who want to move around slooooooowly.Have a unique item that gives -% movement speed but for some reason gives huge defensive bonuses to your character due to his terrible movement speed.Might be too op since you could switch to these during a fight though kiting with ranged characters would be impossible and closing in with different enemies as a melee character would also be really hard.
